As Your Commissioner for the Town of Wake Forest, I would like to make sure that all of our residents can truly

 

"LIVE, WORK and PLAY"

right here in Wake Forest!

To make that a reality, I intend to focus on:

•  "LIVE" - Maintaining and elevating property values for residents of Wake Forest. The national housing market has been difficult in recent years and those who have purchased homes since 2006 are often having to sell at a loss. As a member of the Board of Commissioners, I would like to ensure that decisions made do not further diminish property values. 

• "WORK" - Local job creation through attraction of businesses to Wake Forest. I believe we should be trying to make it more attractive for businesses to locate here, not less.

• "PLAY" - Help create more recreational opportunities within Wake Forest so our residents can truly 'play' close to home. I would like to see this accomplished by expanding Parks & Recreation programming (camps), by bringing a Performing Arts Center to Downtown Wake Forest in fulfillment of the Renaissance Plan and Community Plan created by our own residents and by attracting more events to town to solidify Wake Forest as a 'destination location' in Wake County.
